By accessing this store, placing an order, or booking a customization session, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Customized & Bespoke Orders
Bespoke pieces require a 50% upfront deposit before manufacturing begins. Once approved and cast in precious metal, custom designs are non-refundable.
3. Pricing & Gold Rates
Due to fluctuations in the gold, platinum, and diamond markets, prices are subject to change. Gold rate calculations are locked at the time of deposit.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom jewelry CAD models, designs, and content developed by our master craftsmen remain the exclusive property of Vami Exports.
